BIO:
A true force in the underground, Saytek stands as one of the most respected and innovative live techno artists in the world today. Recently voted once again among the Top 10 Live Acts in Faze Mag’s public poll — Germany’s leading dance music magazine — he has also been nominated for Best Live Act by DJ Mag and received Album of the Month from Mixmag, cementing his status as one of the most celebrated live electronic artists of his generation. With a Beatport #1 in the Raw Deep Hypnotic chart, numerous Top 5 records across Beatport’s techno genres, and multiple Top 10 placements in the main Beatport charts, Saytek’s momentum continues to accelerate.
Known for creating and recording most of his music live, Saytek has built a formidable catalogue across some of techno’s most influential labels. His releases appear on Kevin Saunderson’s KMS, Laurent Garnier’s Cod3QR, D.A.V.E. The Drummer’s Apex, and a deep body of predominantly live-recorded material on heavyweight imprints such as Soma, Fabric, Bedrock, TRAX, R&S, Superfreq, and Raw Industries Berlin. With nine albums and over 500 releases, his work is both prolific and consistently supported by many of the world’s most respected techno DJs.
His fully improvised, hardware-driven live sets have captivated audiences worldwide, lighting up clubs, festivals, and underground institutions across North America, Europe, India, and the UK. Standout performances include Berlin’s Sisyphos and KitKat, London’s FOLD, ADE in Amsterdam, Halcyon in San Francisco, Incognito in Los Angeles, House of Chapora in Goa, and Ornate Project in New York City. He has also appeared at some of global club culture’s most iconic venues and brands, including Tresor Berlin, Fabric London, Awakenings, Space Ibiza, and Mysteryland.
